Shipping Methods & Restrictions

Ammunition & Non-Firearm Items:

• Shipped via UPS Ground (lower 48 states only).

Firearms:

• Handguns ship via UPS 2nd Day Air.
• Long guns ship via UPS Ground.

Restricted Locations:

• No shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APOs, or P.O. Boxes.

Order Weight & Splitting Packages

UPS weight limit: 45 lbs per package.

• Orders exceeding this limit will be split into multiple shipments and additional labels will be created. If you are shipping to an FFL dealer this may result in additional fees from the receiving FFL Dealer.

Order Changes, Fees & Cancellations

• Order cancellations are accepted before processing begins.
• Once an order has shipped, refused deliveries are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Incorrect shipping addresses:

• Can be corrected at no charge before shipment.
• After shipment, a per-package address correction fee applies.

Restocking Fees & Returns

• Refused packages, incorrect addresses, or failure to arrange FFL pickup will incur a 10% restocking fee.

Ammunition & Firearms:

• All sales are final and non-returnable due to legal and safety regulations.
