    In 2017 this was $299.95 a 1k round can, which was a fabulous delivered price even back then. If this is ever back in stock at anywhere near a reasonable price, it is a great buy for meticulously produced and packaged mil spec M193. In fact, this ammo is packed better than our US military ammo for civilian purposes. The rounds are packed in 50 round boxes vs. annoying stripper clips, and the boxes are sealed in 5, 200 round vacuum packs. Additionally, the ammo cans contain custom foam cutouts to make the packed 5.56 ammo boxes fit the .50 BMG can perfectly. There is also a copper wire and lead quartermaster anti-tamper seal on the can. Honestly, I’ve never seen anything packed better commercially. The ammo shoots as expected for mil spec m193, and I did not notice any difference from m193 I was issued in the past. I wish I had bought another few cans back when it was cheap and available. I don’t really need more but, if kept reasonably cool and dry, this stuff should last much longer than most of us can expect to live.
