The renewal can be canceled at any time before the subscription expires. (12 months from purchase date) Assigned memberships may only be refunded/credited within 30 days from the date of initial purchase or autorenewal date.

In addition, memberships may only be refunded/credited if and only if membership benefits have not yet been collected in any way. This means that no orders have been placed that received the membership discount. If any orders are placed with the membership discount, this voids our ability to refund the membership fee within 30 days from the initial purchase or autorenewal. You are still free to cancel the autorenewal at any time.
