I understand that Target Sports USA does not ship outside the lower 48 states of the United States. TargetSportsUSA also does not ship to Alaska or Hawaii or any other area that is prohibited by federal, state or local law. Please make sure you are aware of your local & state laws in regards to buying ammunition online. It is impossible for Target Sports USA to know ever changing laws and regulations of every municipality, county, state etc.

3. I have never been and I am not expected to be convicted in any court of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence

5. I have never been and I am not expected to be discharged from the Armed Forces under dishonorable conditions
6. I have not been adjudicated as a mental defective and I have not been committed to any mental institution.
Shipping Liability
I understand that once my package is entrusted to a common carrier (i.e.
UPS and FedEx) that TargetSportsUSA.com does not have control over my package.
Additionally, I agree that once such common carrier delivers my package
to the address I specified, I am fully responsible for the safety of my
package (please make sure that the common carrier has access to a safe
location at which to deliver your package).
Your Email and it's use
I understand that TargetSportsUSA.com desires to follow-up with me after I
place an order to make sure that I am satisfied. Additionally, I
understand that TargetSportsUSA.com may send me subsequent notices of product
specials and announcements and that by submitting my order, I am

Bots:
TargetSportsUSA.com does not allow bots/auto-refreshers/similar programs to purchase available inventory to ensure fairness to all Target Sports USA customers.

To assist with our efforts to stop the use of bots/auto-refreshers/similar programs on our site, we have implemented a new limitation. Each account will be allowed up to a maximum of 10 cases per SKU, then for 20 minutes after that, your account will not be eligible to purchase to allow all other customers a chance at purchasing. After that 20 min time period, if there is inventory remaining, you can purchase that SKU again.
Membership Cancelation Policy:
The renewal can be canceled at any time before the subscription expires. (12 months from purchase date)
Assigned memberships may only be refunded/credited within 30 days from the date of initial purchase or autorenewal date.
In addition, memberships may only be refunded/credited if and only if membership benefits have not yet been collected in any way.
This means that no orders have been placed that received the membership discount. If any orders are placed with the membership discount, this voids our ability to refund the membership fee within 30 days from the initial purchase or autorenewal. You are still free to cancel the autorenewal at any time.
AMMO+ Membership Additional Details
As a member of our service, you are entitled to associate up to two addresses with your profile without incurring any additional charges. If you wish to associate more than two addresses with your account, an additional cost will apply. To add extra addresses, please get in touch with our customer service team at 860-426-9886. They will assist you in setting up accounts with the desired number of addresses and provide any necessary information regarding associated fees or modifications to your subscription plan.
MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION:
Target Sports USA reserves the right to modify the Program fee and benefits or terminate the Program at any time at
its sole discretion without notice to you. Target Sports only obligation is to provide the Program benefits as they exist
on the date of enrollment through the initial term purchased by the Member. In addition, we may modify these
Terms, our Privacy Policy and any other terms, conditions, limitations, and requirements available on the
targetsportsusa.com website at any time in our sole discretion without notice to you. If any changes are found to be
invalid, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that change is severable and will not affect the validity and
enforceability of the remaining terms, conditions, limitations or requirements.
California and New York Orders:
Customer is responsible for checking with the FFL dealer prior to placing an order that the FFL will accept the order/shipment. If the dealer is not accepting transfers, and order is returned to Target Sports USA, we will automatically refund the order LESS the 20% restocking fee. Please follow your tracking number to ensure the package is delivered to your FFL. Customer will be subject to any additional fees for reshipment to a different dealer. Fee can vary based on order. Any returned shipments will be subject to a 20% restocking fee - NO EXCEPTIONS.
Typographical Errors:
In the event that a TargetSportsUSA.com product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, TargetSportsUSA.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. TargetSportsUSA.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is voided, TargetSportsUSA.com shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Notice:
TargetSportsUSA.com may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable method to the address you have provided to TargetSportsUSA.com.
Limitation of Liability:
TargetSportsUSA.com shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if TargetSportsUSA.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Invoices are only available for 6 months post purchase by logging into your account, selecting “My Account > My Orders> Invoice”. If you need access to any other invoices not shown following this path, please search your email inbox for receipts sent from sales@targetsportsusa.com
Other Terms & Conditions
I understand and agree that if I decide to file a complaint against TargetSportsUSA.com or any of its owners, agents, officers, or employees that
such a complaint must be filed within a court located in Hartford County, Connecticut. Furthermore, I agree that any such complaints not filed
within Hartford County, CT shall be immediately removed to a court
within Hartford County, CT and I agree to reimburse TargetSportsUSA.com and
any other defendants for the costs of defending against the wrongly
filed complaint or effecting its removal. I also understand that any
complaint or legal suit I file against TargetSportsUSA.com, and any purchases I
make from TargetSportsUSA.com, shall be governed solely by Connecticut law. This
includes any suit filed against TargetSportsUSA.com by someone else as a
result of my purchases from TargetSportsUSA.com.
Any issues or discrepancies with your order need to be reported within 14 days of shipment.
