When you place an order on TargetSportsUSA.com, you are agreeing with our sale terms and conditions. Please read before making a purchase. All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.

TargetSportsUSA.com is owned and operated by Delmic Enterprise, LLC, doing business as Target Sports USA ("Target Sports USA," "we," "us," or "our"), a federally licensed firearms dealer located at 30 Fieldstone Ct, Cheshire, CT 06410. These Terms and Conditions apply whether you check out with an account or as a guest.

I understand that Target Sports USA ships only within the contiguous 48 states and the District of Columbia. Target Sports USA does not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, PO boxes, or any other area where the shipment is prohibited by federal, state, or local law. Washington, D.C. orders cannot ship to a residential address; see California, New York, and Washington, D.C. Orders below. Please make sure you are aware of your local & state laws in regards to buying ammunition online. It is impossible for Target Sports USA to know the ever-changing laws and regulations of every municipality, county, state, etc.

Before checkout, you will be asked to complete a Zip Code Check by entering your shipping state and ZIP code. Products that cannot be shipped to that address will be blocked or removed from your cart. Any state shipping or restriction information we display is provided for convenience only, may not be complete or current, and is not legal advice. You remain responsible for confirming that you may lawfully purchase, receive, and possess every item you order.

Affidavit of a TargetSportsUSA.com customer

By placing an order, I certify that all of the following statements are true:

I am at least 21 years old if my order includes firearms, ammunition, or firearm parts, and at least 18 for all other items.
I am legally permitted to purchase, receive, and possess firearms and ammunition under all applicable federal, state, and local laws, and I am not a prohibited person under 18 U.S.C. § 922(g) or (n). Prohibited persons include, among others, anyone convicted of a felony or a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence, anyone under felony indictment, fugitives from justice, unlawful users of or persons addicted to controlled substances, and anyone subject to a qualifying restraining order.
The items I am ordering are legal for me to receive and possess at my delivery address.

Target Sports USA may request additional verification of your age or identity at any time and may cancel any order it cannot verify.

Permits, Licenses, and Restricted Areas

Certain states and localities, including Connecticut, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, and Rhode Island, require a valid permit, license, or certificate (for example, a FOID card, LTC, FPID card, Connecticut pistol permit or ammunition certificate, or Rhode Island pistol/revolver safety certificate) to purchase ammunition or other restricted products. After you place your order, we will email you a link to submit your permit information and a copy of your document. California, New York, and Washington, D.C. orders follow different rules; see California, New York, and Washington, D.C. Orders below.

Orders requiring a permit are held and will not ship until our team has manually reviewed and approved your documentation. If we cannot verify a valid permit within 10 days of your order, we may cancel the order and issue a refund. Once your permit is approved, it will remain on file for future orders until its expiration date. If your permit expires, you will need to submit a current permit before we can ship restricted products. You are responsible for keeping your permit information accurate and current. Permit documents are stored securely and used only to verify compliance; see our Privacy Policy for details.

Firearms and Restricted Items

Firearms can only be shipped to a federally licensed firearms dealer (FFL) that you select at checkout. Transfer of a firearm is completed by that dealer, including any required background check, and any transfer fees charged by the dealer are your responsibility. You are responsible for confirming that the dealer will accept the transfer before you place your order. If a transfer is denied or the dealer will not accept the shipment, the firearm will be returned to Target Sports USA and refunded less the 20% restocking fee described in Returns and Refunds below. Certain items, including magazines above state capacity limits, cannot be shipped to restricted states; orders for those items to a restricted address will be canceled.

Shipping Liability

I understand that once my package is entrusted to a common carrier (UPS) that TargetSportsUSA.com does not have control over my package. Additionally, I agree that once such common carrier delivers my package to the address I specified, I am fully responsible for the safety of my package (please make sure that the common carrier has access to a safe location at which to deliver your package).

Adult signature confirmation is available as an option at checkout for a $4.50 fee. If you do not select adult signature confirmation, you accept the risk of the package being left at your delivery address without a signature. Colorado is the exception: Colorado law requires age-verified adult-signature delivery, so every Colorado ammunition order ships with an adult signature required, and the recipient must show government photo ID at delivery. The $4.50 signature fee applies to Colorado orders. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and fulfillment may be delayed during high-volume sales, holidays, or system updates.

Your Email and its use

I understand that TargetSportsUSA.com desires to follow-up with me after I place an order to make sure that I am satisfied. If I sign up for marketing emails, Target Sports USA may also send me product specials and announcements. The email sign-up box at checkout is checked by default; uncheck it if you do not want marketing emails.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email we send. Order confirmations, shipping notices, permit requests, and membership notices are transactional messages and will still be sent.

Text messages: If you opt in to receive text messages from Target Sports USA, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages at the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help.

Payment and Financing

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, which may include major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, and other digital wallets. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processors, and we do not store full card numbers. All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD), and applicable sales tax will be added at checkout. Pay-over-time financing, where offered, is provided by Sezzle and is subject to Sezzle's terms and approval; Target Sports USA is not the lender. Refunds on financed orders are handled according to Sezzle's terms.

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns and issue refunds only when the problem is our error: the wrong item was shipped, the item arrived damaged or defective, or the item is not as described. This applies to every product we sell. Report the problem within 14 days of shipment. Every return must be arranged with us before you send anything back, and firearm returns must ship in compliance with federal law. We do not accept returns for any other reason.

Shipments that come back to us for any reason other than our error, including refused delivery, a denied or refused transfer, or an incorrect address, are refunded less a 20% restocking fee, which we may waive at our discretion. Original shipping charges are not deducted.

Product Questions and Concerns

Our customer service team has published this Q&A information as a free service to the shooting community. Please note that TargetSportsUSA.com expressly disclaims any and all liability with regard to its accuracy or how the shooting community might use this Q&A information. By reviewing this information, you agree to indemnify, defend, save harmless, and release TargetSportsUSA.com and its owners, agents, officers, and employees against any civil liability or criminal prosecution resulting from your use of this information.

Reviews and Submissions

If you submit a product review, rating, photo, or other content to our site, you grant Target Sports USA a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute that content in connection with our business. We may moderate, edit for length, decline to publish, or remove any submission at our discretion. You agree not to submit content that is false, unlawful, or infringes on anyone else's rights.

Free gifts, bonus items, and mystery items are available while supplies last, have no cash value, cannot be exchanged or substituted, and may be removed from an order that is returned. Sweepstakes, contests, and giveaways are governed by their separate official rules, which control over these Terms and Conditions. Manufacturer rebates are administered by the manufacturer, not Target Sports USA. If a price shown on a third-party site or price-comparison listing differs from the price on our website, the price on our website at checkout controls.

Revisions:

TargetSportsUSA.com may at any time revise these Terms and Conditions by updating this posting. You are bound by any such revisions and should therefore periodically visit this page to review the current Terms and Conditions to which you are bound.

Bots and Purchase Limits:

TargetSportsUSA.com does not allow bots/auto-refreshers/similar programs to purchase available inventory to ensure fairness to all Target Sports USA customers.

First Violation: Warning

Second Violation: Account, IP address, and associated orders blocked or canceled

To assist with our efforts to stop the use of bots/auto-refreshers/similar programs on our site, we have implemented this limitation. Each customer, including guest checkouts and orders shipping to the same household or address, will be allowed up to a maximum of 10 cases per SKU, then for 20 minutes after that, that customer will not be eligible to purchase to allow all other customers a chance at purchasing. After that 20 min time period, if there is inventory remaining, you can purchase that SKU again.

Purchase limits may differ by product and by promotion. AMMO+ Business members may be subject to separate purchase limits or designated shopping windows, which we will post with the applicable sale. We may cancel any order that exceeds a posted limit.

AMMO+ Membership Terms

AMMO+ memberships are sold as annual (12-month) memberships. Membership benefits, including member pricing of up to 8% off eligible products and any other benefits listed on our AMMO+ page at the time of enrollment, apply only to orders placed while your membership is active. Membership subscriptions are managed on our behalf by Loop Subscriptions.

Automatic renewal: Your membership renews automatically every 12 months at the renewal price shown at checkout and in your renewal reminder, charged to the payment method on file, until you cancel. Before each renewal, we will email you a reminder with your renewal date, the renewal price, the last day to cancel, and how to cancel. If your renewal price or membership benefits will change, we will notify you before the change takes effect and before you are charged. You can cancel automatic renewal at any time online through your account or by calling customer service at 860-426-9886.

AMMO+ Business memberships are available to qualifying business and dealer accounts and may require documentation, such as a business license, FFL, or resale certificate. Business membership benefits and purchase limits may change from time to time. Target Sports USA may, at its discretion, grant complimentary or trial memberships, which are subject to the terms provided at the time they are granted. Target Sports USA may, at its discretion, approve or deny any business a membership without reason.

Membership Cancellation Policy:

The renewal can be canceled at any time before the subscription expires. (12 months from purchase date) Memberships may only be refunded/credited within 30 days from the date of initial purchase or autorenewal date.

In addition, memberships may only be refunded/credited if and only if membership benefits have not yet been collected in any way. This means that no orders have been placed that received the membership discount. If any orders are placed with the membership discount, this voids our ability to refund the membership fee within 30 days from the initial purchase or autorenewal. You are still free to cancel the autorenewal at any time.

Canceling stops future renewals; your benefits continue through the end of the term you paid for. These refund limits do not apply where the law requires a refund. For example, if a renewal is charged at a higher price you did not agree to, you may cancel within 14 days after the charge for a prorated refund.

AMMO+ Membership Additional Details

As a member of our service, you are entitled to associate up to two addresses with your profile without incurring any additional charges. If you wish to associate more than two addresses with your account, an additional cost will apply. To add extra addresses, please get in touch with our customer service team at 860-426-9886. They will assist you in setting up accounts with the desired number of addresses and provide any necessary information regarding associated fees or modifications to your subscription plan.

MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION:

Target Sports USA reserves the right to modify the Program fee and benefits or terminate the Program at any time at its sole discretion with advance notice to members as described under Automatic renewal above. Target Sports USA's only obligation is to provide the Program benefits as they exist on the date of enrollment through the initial term purchased by the Member. In addition, we may modify these Terms, our Privacy Policy and any other terms, conditions, limitations, and requirements available on the targetsportsusa.com website at any time in our sole discretion without notice to you. If any changes are found to be invalid, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that change is severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms, conditions, limitations or requirements.

California, New York, and Washington, D.C. Orders:

California: Ammunition cannot ship to a California home address. Every California ammunition order ships to a California-licensed ammunition vendor that you select at checkout, and you complete the purchase there, including the California Department of Justice eligibility check.

New York: New York ammunition orders ship to a New York licensed dealer or registered seller, who completes the sale in person. We ship directly to a New York address only for active law enforcement officers and FFL holders whose credentials we have verified. Once verified, your credentials remain on file until they expire.

Washington, D.C.: We cannot ship to residential addresses in Washington, D.C. All ammunition orders ship to a D.C.-licensed firearms dealer, who completes the sale in person. A D.C. firearm registration certificate is required.

Customer is responsible for checking with the dealer or vendor prior to placing an order that they will accept the order/shipment. If the dealer or vendor is not accepting transfers, and the order is returned to Target Sports USA, we will automatically refund the order LESS the 20% restocking fee described in Returns and Refunds above. Please follow your tracking number to ensure the package is delivered to your dealer or vendor. Customer will be subject to any additional fees for reshipment to a different dealer. Fee can vary based on order.

Notice:

TargetSportsUSA.com may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable method to the address you have provided to TargetSportsUSA.com.

Limitation of Liability:

TargetSportsUSA.com shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if TargetSportsUSA.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TargetSportsUSA.com, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers (collectively the "Service Providers") from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account.

Termination:

These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by TargetSportsUSA.com without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Other Terms & Conditions, shall survive any termination.

Other Terms & Conditions

I understand and agree that if I decide to file a complaint against TargetSportsUSA.com or any of its owners, agents, officers, or employees that such a complaint must be filed within a court located in New Haven County, Connecticut. Furthermore, I agree that any such complaints not filed within New Haven County, CT shall be immediately removed to a court within New Haven County, CT and I agree to reimburse TargetSportsUSA.com and any other defendants for the costs of defending against the wrongly filed complaint or effecting its removal. I also understand that any complaint or legal suit I file against TargetSportsUSA.com, and any purchases I make from TargetSportsUSA.com, shall be governed solely by Connecticut law. This includes any suit filed against TargetSportsUSA.com by someone else as a result of my purchases from TargetSportsUSA.com.

Any issues or discrepancies with your order need to be reported within 14 days of shipment.
