The case has a removable closed cell foam helping it absorb shock and there is a zipper pocket that is lined up with the hook and loop to attach pouches. The dimensions of the case are 32" x 13" x 2" and is made of nylon material. Full opening zipper for shooting mat capability
The new innovative design from BlackHawk has all the capability that a
true modular case should. This system is truly modular in that it can
utilize the hook & loop pouches from many other cases and bags.

The Homeland Security Discreet Case is made to all the same high
standards as the original Discreet Case including the removable .375
inch closed cell foam padding, full 360 degree padding, full wrap around
carry handles, #9 YKK zippers with silent zipper pulls, detachable
shoulder strap and HawkTex shoulder pad. The middle of the case has two
rows of BTS webbing and has fully expandable hook & loop wrap
keepers for any rifle with accessories such as scopes, lights, lasers,
rail mounts, etc.
The outside zippered pocket is lined with a bed of hook & loop to
attach to any BlackHawk hook and loop pouch. This is a great feature
which enables you to carry the mags of your choice, scopes, pistols, or
any accessories. Just hook & loop the pouch on and off. The
removable mag pouch system fits (3) M-16 mags, (2) M-14 mags, (6) MP-5
9mm mags, hand-held radios, (3) G-36 mags, or (3) AK-47 mags, etc. This
is the same pouch as our Omega Tactical Vest mag pouches with adjustable
lids.

How Will My Order Ship?
Target Sports USA will ship your order via UPS Ground. Target Sports ships to the lower 48 states. We DO NOT ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO's or P.O. Boxes.
Shipping Firearms
Handguns ship 2nd Day Air & long guns ship Ground. All firearms must be shipped to an FFL Dealer for NICS check & transfer. Please note: firearms transfers are subject to an additional fee set by the dealer.
Shipping Insurance
Target Sports USA offers shipping insurance on every order in order to ensure proper and safe delivery. The entire purchase price of the damages or lost merchandise is covered.
Due to the unique nature of the product we sell, we only accept returns and apply shipping insurance if the actual cartridges are damaged within transit. Superficial damage to packaging does not qualify for a return, insurance claim or discount.
Example: Dented corners on packaging, scratches or dents on ammo cans or cracks within plastic packaging would not qualify for a return and would not be covered under the shipping insurance.
UPS weight restrictions
We can only ship a package up to 45lbs. If an order exceeds this weight limit, a new package and label will be created. Please keep this in mind when having items shipped to an FFL Dealer. There may be an additional charge incurred to you (the customer) by the FFL Dealer for multiple packages.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order up until the pick slip is printed and your order is in process to be packed and shipped. After that time, we are unable to cancel your order.
If the order has shipped and a tracking number is available and you Refuse Delivery, a 10% restocking fee will be applied.
Incorrect Shipping Address
If you have supplied an incorrect shipping address & call prior to shipment, we can correct the address at no charge. If your order has been shipped, an address change fee per package will be added.

Ammunition & Firearms Returns
Due to legal and safety regulations, ammunition sales are final and do not qualify for a return.
NON-Ammunition & Firearms Returns
(Ex: Gear, Clothing, Targets, etc.)
We offer returns or exchanges on clothing & gear items within 30 days of purchase.
Returns:
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- A 10% re-stocking fee will be applied
- You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method, less the restocking fee
Exchanges:
- Free exchanges for the same SKU
