OK ammo. has pretty
"OK ammo. has pretty fair recoil due to the speed and the 1 1/5 oz load. I use it for tuning SBS's. Works pretty good dialing in the SBS. Not something I would use regularly."

I just tried these
"I just tried these shells out shooting 5 stand last week and they performed very well but they do kick a bit. I shot 50 targets on a 3 second delay by my self non stop so the recoil was noticed more. I haven't shot for years so that could be because I am not used to it any more. The shells worked great. The recoil would not stop me from using them again."
