This is my go to most accurate round that I've found for use in my lever action rifle. It always yields the tightest groups with great accuracy especially at distances af 50 yards - 100 yard.

Decent 357 magnum rounds from Federal American Eagle. Pretty consistent and reliable so far. There are some cheaper options, I would prob run these more if the cost was better. Thanks TSUSA…

David F.

Exceptional ammo. Works well in all of my 357s from the 2 inch snubs to the 6 in target revolvers. Accurate and clean. Great multi-use ammo from plinking to hunting to defense.

About Federal 357 Magnum

This 357 Magnum 158 grain load uses a Jacketed Soft Point projectile, a common hunting and utility bullet style that leaves soft lead exposed at the nose while keeping a jacket around the shank. In general, JSP bullets are chosen when a shooter wants controlled expansion potential with penetration, and Federal describes this load as balanced for that purpose.

The brass case and Centerfire Boxer primer support the familiar construction many revolver shooters expect from American Eagle handgun ammunition. Federal lists this 357 Magnum ammo for target shooting, self-defense, and hunting applications, including deer and boar, with varmint use also noted in the manufacturer guidance.

For shoppers comparing the 357 Magnum category, this American Eagle load gives the Federal lineup a brass-cased JSP option with range, hunting, and self-defense utility. Choose a box for a smaller purchase or a case when you want bulk ammo in the same load, with bulk or case free-shipping consideration.
