I ORDERED 3 OF
"I ORDERED 3 OF THESE CANS, AND A CASE OF 9MM. ONE OF THE CANS WAS PLACED UNDER THE CASE OF AMMO CAUSING THE CAN TO BEND, AND NOT SEEL. ANOTHER ONE OF THE CANS HAD A DENT IN IT THAT PUSHED THROUGH THE WALL OF THE CAN. I CONTACTED TSUSA TO REQUEST 2 NEW CANS. TSUSA SURPRISINGLY TOLD ME THEY WOULD NOT DO ANYTHING, AND THAT THE DAMAGE, WHICH THEY CLAIMED WAS DUE TO SHIPPING (I ALSO PAID FOR THE SHIPPING INSURANCE) AND THEY HAD NO RESPONSABILTY FOR THE DAMGE. AFTER CONTINING TO EMAIL TSUSA THEY SHIPPED ME ONE NEW CAN, AND ESSENTIALLY SAID IT WAS A ONE TIME THING AND I SHOULD NOT EXPECT THAT IN THE FUTURE. OVERALL I WAS VERY DISPLEASED WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND REFUSAL TO ACCEPT FAULT FOR SHIPPING THE CANS IN THE MANNER THEY DID. I HAVE BEEN A LONG TIME CONSUMER FROM TSUSA AND NEVER ENCOUNTERED AN ISSUE LIKE THIS BEFORE. HOWEVER, TSUSA HAS GENERALLY DONE RIGHT BY ME, AND I WILL CONTINUE TO PURCHASE FROM THEM, I WAS JUST DISPLEASED WITH THIS ONE TRANSACTION."
