Question:I have a ruger security six. that shoots both 38 and 357.I have bought all ammo through Target sports.com Having recently bought this Lawman 357 sig ammo. I find it won't fit into the chamber. Is there a reason I'm not aware of?

Response:Hi Paul. Thank you for your inquiry. The reason the rounds are not fitting is because the firearm you have is not chambered in .357 SIG. Your firearm is chambered in .38 Special and can also run .357 MAGNUM which is a completely different caliber than .357 SIG. Please do not try to force any rounds into the gun as you may cause damage to the firearm since it is the incorrect caliber the firearm is chambered for. Thank you for choosing TargetSportsUSA.com.

Question:What's the issue with getting this shipped? Oct 4th order never shipped for 2 weeks. Had to cancel on the 17th. Reordered and website said orders made on Wed 17th would ship Fri Oct 19th. As of now, the 19th,nothing has shipped. Can you explain to me why I should keep giving you my buisness?

Response:HI Darren, so we just received our lost shipment of Speer Lawman 357 SIG ammo today and all the old orders have shipped. If you placed your order on the 17th, it will ship out tomorrow ( yes we are working on a Saturday as well) or first thing Monday. We had to ship shipping since last Wednesday to complete the inventory. Thank you for your patience and thank you for buying 357 SIG ammo online at TargetSportsUSA.com
Question:I was told the same thing the week of the 12th the order on the 4th. That it would ship the following Monday. It never did. When I ordered it said 99+ units on hand. I was told by Megan that on the 12th they just got their new shipment in and it was going to ship on Mon( never did). I sent an email Mon no response. Then on Wed I send another email requesting a refund and got it asap still no response. If you dont have the ammo on hand just say so and put out of stock. Dont waste my time and insult my intellegence by telling me every excuse as to why it hasn't shipped. It specifically said at the top of your page "Orders made 17th and 18th will ship on Fri the 19th" Here it is the 20th. I ordered on the 17th and nothing has shipped.

Response:Hi Darren, we had a issue with this particular item and Yes it did take a little longer to resolve it and get back more in stock so we can fill the committed orders. All arrived on Thursday and we were able to get all the old orders with 357 SIG ammo on it out. As for last week, we had inventory Wednesday through Friday and that did not help either :-( ... Sorry about the delay and thank you for your patience. We will do be better next time.

However because it was out of stock for so long it sold out really fast. There is a slight price increase and that is because our replacement cost went up, but not that much.
